Establishing a Rhythm of Prayer, of intentional time spent with God, is a foundational element of a Christian Way of Life. If you have a rhythm that already works for you, that's great, stick with it. You could even add in one of the prayers below to pray with the community. The Community has 2 forms of prayer, a longer and shorter form - available via the buttons above. Both use a three fold Rhythm of Prayer which needs at least 2 minutes set aside to be with God morning, lunchtime and evening.
To get started we recommend you choose a time of day which is best for you and start there, adding other times of day if and when you feel ready.
